Fitbit Charge 4 Review

9

Having purchased and used a Fitbit Charge 4 for a while now, I can honestly say that I love this watch. It’s got a great screen, a decent amount of functionality, and a decent battery life. It has some great features that aren’t often seen on other watches, such as Menstrual tracking and Active zone minutes. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good watch.

Battery life

Regardless of which Fitbit you choose, the battery life of the device will be dependent on the type of Fitbit you have, your activity levels, and your settings. However, some features can help your battery life last longer.

Firstly, make sure you use a good charging cable. A faulty cable could mean your device cannot be charged, so make sure you follow the charging instructions. Another way to ensure your battery life lasts longer is to turn off Bluetooth and notifications when you don’t need them.

If you’re looking for a long-lasting fitness band, the Fitbit Charge 4 might be a good fit. However, if you don’t like the screen or want more advanced features, the Versa 3 or Garmin Forerunner 245 are better choices.

Menstrual tracking feature

Whether you are trying to conceive, or want to know about your reproductive health, it’s important to keep track of your menstrual cycle. Many popular wearables such as Fitbit, Samsung, and Apple have included menstrual tracking features in their devices. However, they aren’t very well implemented.

When you use a Fitbit smartwatch to track your menstrual cycle, you’ll be able to record your period’s duration, ovulation dates, and other information. You can also log your menstrual-related symptoms such as bloating and headaches.

Fitbit will also send you reminders when your period is approaching. These reminders appear on your Fitbit dashboard in the Today tile. You can also turn off the notifications for this feature on the Settings page.

To use the Fitbit period tracker, you need to register and log in. The Fitbit app stores all of your data in one place. You can then view your data and trend your menstrual cycle.

Always-on display

Having an Always-on display on your Fitbit is a feature that may be handy to have, but it will take up a significant amount of battery power. Some Fitbit models also feature automatic display modes, which turn on automatically when you raise your wrist. These modes also save battery power. They may be called Quick View, Motion & Button, or other names.

The always-on display on your Fitbit can also be configured to turn off after a certain amount of time. If you want to keep track of your health and fitness, this can be a useful feature. However, this feature is only available on newer Fitbit models.

Usually, problems with your Fitbit’s screen are caused by settings. However, you can easily fix these problems by turning on the screen timeout feature. You can do this through the Fitbit app or your Fitbit online account.

Active zone minutes feature

During your workout, Active Zone Minutes track your heart rate. The heart rate is used to determine how many Active Zone Minutes you’ve earned. The heart rate is based on your age and your fitness level.

The Active Zone Minutes feature will allow you to maximize your workouts. You can set goals to reach your weekly active minute target. You can also set goals for specific Active Zone Minutes. For example, you can set a goal for 20 minutes of activity per day.

In addition to tracking your heart rate, the Active Zone Minutes feature also allows you to track your non-workout activity. Fitbit will notify you if your heart rate gets too low or too high.

You can also use the Fitbit app to view your progress. The app dashboard shows Active Zone Minutes earned for each workout, as well as the number of miles you’ve walked, steps taken and calories burned.

Built-in GPS

Unlike the Fitbit Charge 3, the Charge 4 has a built-in GPS, which can track your activities more accurately. This GPS can help you track your workouts, distance and calories burned. It also has contactless payment support, which lets you pay for purchases using your phone.

The Fitbit Charge 4 also has a heart rate sensor. This allows it to track your activity and intensity during workouts, as well as your resting heart rate. The sensor also tracks your activity outside of the gym. It even includes a map of your workout intensity. You can check your heart rate zones and learn how to improve your score.

The Fitbit Charge 4 also has an improved battery life. It should last up to seven days in fitness-tracking mode. If you’re using the GPS function, the battery will last about five hours.
